AmericaSourcer is an independent service provider and is not officially affiliated with these platforms, unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Scope of Services

AmericaSourcer can provide one or more of the following services, depending on the client's request and the agreed-upon quote:

The exact scope of the service will depend on the quote, the type of product, the destination country, the shipping route, and the written agreement between the customer and AmericaSourcer.

3. suet CoqdeRQs rsetumnauo tes

Customers can request a quote by providing product links, supplier information, quantity, destination country, delivery details, and service requirements.

A quote may include the cost of the product, the fulfillment service fee, the warehouse management fee, the inspection fee, the repackaging fee, the consolidation fee, shipping costs, customs-related charges, and other costs applicable to the service.

All quotes are based on the information available at the time they are issued. Prices are subject to change if there are changes in product availability, supplier pricing, weight, volume, destination, customs requirements, exchange rates, or transportation route conditions.

A quote will not be final until it has been confirmed by AmericaSourcer and accepted by the customer.

4. Procurement of Products and External Suppliers

AmericaSourcer helps customers communicate with suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, or third-party online platforms, or make purchases through them.

AmericaSourcer does not manufacture, design, certify, or oversee the production of products supplied by third parties. We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, safety, suitability, performance, brand authorization, technical compliance, or long-term quality of such products, unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information, specifications, intended use, requirements of the destination country, and suitability for resale before confirming an order.

5. No official affiliation with platforms or brands

AmericaSourcer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, 1688, Pinduoduo, Alibaba, or any other third-party platform, supplier, marketplace, brand, or manufacturer mentioned on this website.

All platform names, brand names, trademarks, logos, product images, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Any references to third-party platforms or brands are used solely to describe potential sourcing channels or available services.

6. Order Confirmation

Before making a purchase, customers must confirm the product links, specifications, quantity, color, size, model, supplier information, destination country, and any special service requirements.

Once the order has been confirmed and the purchase process has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds may not always be permitted, especially if the supplier has already processed or shipped the products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. AmericaSourcer will not be liable for errors caused by incorrect links, incorrect quantities, unclear instructions, outdated supplier pages, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the quote or agreed upon separately with the customer.

Customers may be required to pay the cost of products, service fees, warehouse charges, inspection, repackaging, consolidation, and shipping fees, customs-related charges, and other costs before the applicable service begins.

AmericaSourcer may suspend procurement, warehouse management, shipping, or delivery coordination if payment is incomplete, late, reversed, disputed, or rejected.

Bank fees, payment processing fees, exchange rate differences, chargeback fees, and other third-party costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Inspection Services

AmericaSourcer can provide basic inspection services in accordance with the customer's request and the agreed-upon scope of service.

A standard inspection may include checking the visible condition of the product, the outer packaging, the quantity, the labels, SKU matching, and the presence of any obvious damage.

The standard inspection does not include laboratory testing, comprehensive functional testing, verification of certifications, inspection of internal components, professional technical testing, verification of authenticity, or certification of compliance, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Customers must clearly explain any special inspection requirements before making a purchase or before the products arrive at the warehouse.

9. Repackaging and Consolidation

AmericaSourcer can help customers repackage products, remove unnecessary packaging, reinforce packages, consolidate packages from multiple suppliers, and prepare merchandise for international shipping.

Although we strive to improve the safety and efficiency of transportation, repackaging and consolidation cannot eliminate all the risks associated with international shipping.

Customers should request special packaging, waterproof protection, handling of fragile items, palletizing, or additional reinforcement as needed.

AmericaSourcer will not be liable for damages caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, rough handling, compression, moisture, extreme weather conditions, or other transportation-related risks that are beyond our direct control.

10. Shipping and Delivery

AmericaSourcer can coordinate shipments through third-party logistics providers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local delivery companies.

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Shipments may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, flight or ship delays, incorrect recipient information, remote delivery areas, customs inspections, product classification issues, or force majeure events.

For DDP or tax-inclusive shipping services, availability may vary depending on the product type, weight, volume, destination country, customs category, and local requirements.

AmericaSourcer will make reasonable efforts to coordinate shipping, but does not guarantee that all products can be shipped to all countries or via any particular shipping method.

11. Customs, Tariffs, Taxes, and Import Compliance

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs regulations, import restrictions, taxes, product standards, labeling requirements, and resale regulations of the destination country.

When DDP shipping is available, certain customs-related services may be included depending on the route and the agreed-upon quote. However, the scope of the service may vary depending on the product category, the destination country, and the logistics provider’s requirements.

AmericaSourcer does not provide legal, tax, customs, or regulatory advice.

If any additional duties, taxes, customs fees, inspections, penalties, storage charges, or documentation requirements arise, such costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Restricted and Prohibited Products

Customers must not ask AmericaSourcer to source, purchase, inspect, store, repackage, consolidate, ship, or deliver illegal, restricted, counterfeit, hazardous, or prohibited products.

Restricted or prohibited products may include, but are not limited to:

AmericaSourcer reserves the right to reject, cancel, hold, return, remove, or refuse to process any order or shipment that may violate laws, regulations, carrier rules, customs requirements, or company policies.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information, including the following:

AmericaSourcer will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, customs issues, additional charges, supplier errors, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.

14. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Requests for cancellation, refunds, or changes must be submitted as soon as possible.

If the products have already been purchased, shipped by the supplier, received at the warehouse, inspected, repackaged, consolidated, or delivered to a logistics provider, cancellation or a refund may not be possible.

Eligibility for a refund will depend on the provider's policy, the platform's rules, the service status, the warehouse management status, the payment status, and the logistics progress.

Fees for services already rendered—such as fulfillment, inspection, repackaging, warehouse management, consolidation, or shipment coordination—may not be refundable.

If a seller accepts a return or refund, return shipping costs, platform fees, processing fees, payment commissions, or service charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

15. Storage and Unclaimed Goods

If products arrive at our warehouse and the customer does not provide additional instructions, does not complete payment, does not confirm shipment, or does not respond to our communications within a reasonable time, storage fees may apply.

AmericaSourcer may notify the customer before taking action regarding unclaimed goods.

If products remain unclaimed for an extended period, AmericaSourcer reserves the right to dispose of, return, transfer, or otherwise handle them in accordance with warehouse policy and applicable law.

The specific storage period and corresponding rates may be confirmed separately based on the circumstances of the shipment and the warehouse.

16. Product Damage, Loss, and Claims

If products are damaged, lost, delayed, or otherwise affected during shipping, AmericaSourcer can help the customer contact the relevant supplier, carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, or local delivery provider.

However, ultimate liability may depend on the supplier's policy, the logistics provider's terms and conditions, insurance coverage, the shipping method, and the available evidence.

AmericaSourcer will not be automatically liable for any damages, losses, delays, customs seizures, or delivery failures caused by third-party suppliers, carriers, customs authorities, local delivery companies, incorrect customer information, restricted products, or events of force majeure.

Customers should request shipping insurance or special protection when these options are available and necessary.
