Final costs may vary due to changes in supplier prices, changes in product inventory, differences in weight or volume, packaging adjustments, customs requirements, changes in the shipping route, local delivery conditions, currency or payment-related changes, and requests for additional handling or special services.
AmericaSourcer is not responsible for price changes made by third-party suppliers, platforms, carriers, customs authorities, or local delivery providers.
5. Limitations of the inspection
AmericaSourcer can provide product inspection and verification services based on the service requested by the customer.
The inspection may include visual checks, such as the quantity of products, the condition of the outer packaging, the overall appearance, visible damage, verification that the label matches the SKU, photos or videos for customer confirmation, and the condition of the repackaging prior to shipment.
However, the standard inspection does not guarantee the product’s full functionality, the quality of its internal components, laboratory testing, compliance with certifications, long-term durability, brand authenticity, or technical performance, unless specifically agreed upon in writing before the service begins.
Customers must clearly inform us of any special inspection requirements before purchase or shipment.
6. Legal Notice Regarding Repackaging and Consolidation
AmericaSourcer can help customers repackage goods, remove unnecessary packaging, reinforce packages, consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers, and prepare shipments for international delivery.
While our goal is to improve packaging safety and shipping efficiency, repackaging and consolidation cannot eliminate all risks during international transit.
Potential risks include compression during transit, damage caused by handling, damage during customs inspection, exposure to moisture, carrier delays, damage to labels, separation of packages, or loss caused by third-party carriers.
Customers are responsible for requesting special packaging, handling of fragile items, waterproof protection, palletizing, or additional reinforcement when necessary.
7. Legal Notice Regarding Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
AmericaSourcer can arrange or coordinate shipping from China to destinations in Latin America through third-party logistics providers, carriers, customs brokers, or local delivery partners.
Estimated shipping times are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, holidays, weather conditions, flight or shipping delays, carrier network delays, incorrect customer information, remote delivery locations, product sorting issues, customs inspection, and force majeure.
For DDP or tax-inclusive shipping solutions, the scope of service may vary depending on the destination country, product type, weight, volume, customs category, and local regulations. AmericaSourcer will make every effort to coordinate the shipment, but we cannot guarantee that all products can be shipped via all routes or delivery methods.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information, including product links, product specifications, quantity, country of destination, recipient’s name, recipient’s phone number, shipping address, tax ID number or customs information if required, special packaging or inspection requirements, intended use of the product, and compliance requirements.
AmericaSourcer is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, customs issues, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information provided by the customer.
9. Restricted or Prohibited Products
Customers must not ask AmericaSourcer to purchase, handle, consolidate, ship, or deliver illegal, restricted, counterfeit, hazardous, or prohibited products.
Restricted or prohibited items may include counterfeit products or those that infringe on trademarks, illegal products, weapons or weapon parts, explosives, hazardous chemicals, controlled substances, certain batteries or hazardous materials, flammable products, products restricted by China’s export regulations, products restricted by the destination country’s import regulations, or products that require special licenses, permits, or certifications.
AmericaSourcer reserves the right to reject, cancel, hold, return, or deny any order or shipment that may violate laws, regulations, platform rules, carrier restrictions, or company policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order to purchase, ship, or resell do not infringe on intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or local market regulations.
